5 facts I learned from Social Anxiety

Broken saloon door
People with SA have their brain stuck just like some broken saloon doors, it stays opened. For others, they close automatically, for people with SA, it stays open so it is impossible to calm down, not to feel anxiety and to over-react no matter what you do.

Facts available on the net are abundant and they made a positive revolution in my relation to SA.

People do not notice me at all. And it is scientifically proven that it is impossible for human mind to notice and to remember what happened, what I said and how I looked.

Meditation on force does not work - it increases anxiety once you realize you are still anxious.
Since this disorder is caused by faulty biological drive, trying to remove social anxiety leads to more anxiety, people-pleasing, caring what other people think and cognitive distortions.
